1) Fecha de escrituración;
2) El Valor de operación registrado en escritura pública;
3) Dimensiones, tipo y ubicación de LA PROPIEDAD

Mediante la firma del presente contrato, “EL CLIENTE” otorga su consentimiento expreso a “LA INTERMEDIARIA” para que trate sus datos personales para los fines que se han expresado en este contrato.

De acuerdo a lo previsto en la Ley Federal de Protección de Datos Personales, declara THE BROKERS INMOBILIARIA DE LA BAHIA SAPI DE C.V. representada en este acto por su Gerente Administrador, el LICENCIADO JAHIR ULISES HUTCHINSON PERUYERO, ser una empresa legalmente constituida de conformidad con las Leyes Mexicanas, con domicilio en Avenida Francisco medina Ascencio 3987 int 405 -101, plaza punto banderas, en la Ciudad de Puerto Vallarta, Jalisco, México y como responsable del tratamiento de sus datos personales, hace de su conocimiento que la información de nuestros clientes es tratada de forma estrictamente confidencial por lo que al proporcionar sus datos personales, tales como: Nombre completo, Dirección.
